We've discovered a new artist!
Yayoi Kusama is a Japanese artist known for her love of polka dots, bold patterns, and bright colours. Her wonderful creativity brings joy to the world!
Inspired by Yayoi, we used simple shapes and oil pastels to draw our own wide or tall pumpkins.
Next, we brought them to life with vibrant liquid watercolours, choosing a matching colour for each pumpkin.
To finish our masterpieces, we added dots of all sizes, just like Yayoi!
What a colourful, joyful art project, filled with creativity and a whole lot of polka-dotty fun!
